TIMELESS WIDE PLANK FLOORING TO BE ENJOYED BY YOU AND FUTURE GENERATIONS
Our selections of unique wide plank flooring are endless because we bring inspiration, passion and creativity to what we do.Our most unique wide plank flooring happens where opportunity crosses paths with great materials and creative energy, to produce a one of a kind timeless floor that will be enjoyed for many generations.
Even our most common wide plank flooring or long length flooring receives the same dedication that our hand scraped end grained floor or a salvaged timber flooring (also know as reclaimed flooring) would receive from our experienced craftsman that work in the mill.
All of our wide plank flooring is 100% guaranteed to meet or exceed your expectations. We know our milling is precise because we have installers tell us all of the time that our quality is so much better than what the strip floor companies produce at high production mills, which are typically sold through distributors. Aside from our milling being superior, we also start better timber and wider widths and longer planks and in better grades of hardwoods and softwoods.Even with this, not every wide plank can be used for every project. We inspect our hardwood lumber from the time it’s received clear through the final milling process before it can be shipped to a customer of ours. Most production mills use NOFMA standards so that every board regardless of color, width or length can be shipped as 1 of 4 grades of flooring in small pre-bundled packages, and then shipped to any place in the country. We make your wide plank flooring the way you’ve designed it, and they way you want it to look.We will define the color, character, width, length, sap or heartwood content along with any other face-scrape or edge-scrape details that we design into your wide plank flooring.
We and our mills strive to promote and maintain sustainably harvested timber for all of the wood products and wide plank flooring we make. The close relationship we have with our local sawmills enable us to promote not only sustainably harvested, but locally harvested timber. Our part is easy - buy the best timber grown in not only Wisconsin but in America. We only reach out to our supply partners in other regions for timber that grows there.
